Eln Cupola: 40 years for Machuca

Luis Eduardo Salcedo, national spokesman of the Assembly of the Civil Society for the Peace, belief that this juridical event must not be an obstacle in the process but show the possibility that, coming form truth elements, repair and compromise of not to repeat, be assume the possibility of an indult.
For us in the Assembly and in the organized civil society these are the unavoidable processes that must be part of the sensibilization, in face to a negotiation, said Salcedo.
The director of Indepaz, Camilo Gonzalez Posso, considers that the subject must be included in the agenda. Also said the analyst that must be build a frame for the peace negotiation, that have in mind the particularities of the process with the Eln.
The subject of the amnesty must be inside the agenda, because is a phenomenon of rebellion, also are subjects of cruel transgressions and must have a different treatment, affirms Gonzalez.
Antonio Garcia and Pablo Beltran (whose real names are Erlinton Javier Chamorro, and Israel Ramirez) are among the sentenced.
Both were in the 5th round of conversations with the government in la Havana (Cuba) that end last February 28 without conclusions or commitments.
