In front to a judge in Miami, Rodriguez Abadia declare guilty of narco-traffic and accept to cooperate on the judge against Miguel and Gilberto Rodriguez.
“Is very difficult for me, your owner because is my father and my uncle, but I accept to cooperate with the attorney” , aid Rodriguez Abadia, a 40 years old lawyer, to the federal judge Federico Moreno, who ask if he was sure of the decision that he was taking.
The American justice retires the indictments of money wash and Rodriguez Abadia admits to be condemned to export to the United States more than 150 kilos of cocaine. For this accusations the attorney will request a condemn of around 21 years of prison.
The collaboration of Rodriguez Abadia must be done effective on next September, when begin the judge for narco-traffic against his father and uncle, Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela.
Rodriguez Abadia accepts to cooperate on the leveling against the capos, testify in the court if is necessary and give the goods valued on around 300 million dollars, among them corporations in Colombia, Spain, Bahamas, Panama, Venezuela and Peru.
